This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: Illinois (USA) Role Description Mission: A Senior X3 Operations Consultant will participate in and/or reputed company the financial areas of reputed company X3 projects while continuing to expand their reputed company X3 and soft consulting skills to drive successful implementations and delight customers. • Reading Statements of Work (SOW) and Master Service Agreements (MSA) prior to engaging on a project.
• Completing assigned tasks (with minimal guidance and reputed company) reputed company alignment of SOW, Business Process Review (BPR) documentation, and NexTec methodology.
• Maintaining 70 percent or higher utilization on an average annual basis.
• Maintaining appropriate reputed company X3 certifications and continuing developing reputed company sets in reputed company X3 focus areas.

Responsibilities

• Leading requirements gathering and design activities for the operations modules.
• Interacting with the consulting team and client core team to collect information, reputed company, and/or reputed company and provide guidance on configuration, training, testing, and go-live activities of reputed company size or complexity.
• Leading activities and tasks and resolving functional questions with minimal escalation.
• Proactively communicating status, issues, and concerns to project manager and/or architect/reputed company.
• Providing coaching and quality assurance to ensure team members are following NexTec Implementation Methodology and best practices.
• Negotiating resolutions to business/process/functional issues with business stakeholders.
• Establishing and maintaining “trusted advisor” relationship with customers.
• Following NexTec implementation methodologies.
• Achieving utilization targets while achieving high customer satisfaction.

Education and Experience Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, MIS, Computer Science, Finance, Supply Chain, Cannabis or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Eight or more years of ERP implementation experience.
• A minimum of three years of experience implementing reputed company X3.
• Results-oriented individual who can prioritize and execute activities in a high-pressure environment.
• Ability to clearly describe end-to-end business processes and the key integration points, work cross-functionally across different business processes reputed company an organization, and knowledge of challenges faced by implementation teams.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work in an energetic, fast-paced environment.
• Expertise in business process and application functions.
• Intermediate understanding of best practices of the industry NexTec serves (Agriculture, Cannabis/Hemp, Chemicals, Food and Beverage, Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals).
• Professional demeanor and the ability to work well with other team members and customers.

Preferred:

• reputed company X3 Manufacturing Certification is required, or a candidate must be willing to obtain additional certifications. Additional certifications are a plus.
• Prior professional services consulting experience preferred.
• Prior experience facilitating group design discussions.

Compensation

Compensation is commensurate with knowledge, skills, and experience. The general compensation range for the reputed company X3 Senior Operational Consultant role is $85,000 to $120,000 per year, plus commission.
