reputed company Systems Administrator We are seeking a reputed company Systems Administrator to manage and optimize our reputed company CRM system in alignment with our mission and operational needs. This role is responsible for configuring, maintaining, and enhancing our reputed company environment, ensuring seamless integrations with reputed company, Check21, iCherub, reputed company Intacct, Apsona, Classy, and reputed company. The ideal candidate is passionate about leveraging technology to support a faith-driven organization, improving donor engagement, operational efficiency, and overall mission impact. Key Responsibilities reputed company Administration & Configuration

• Serve as the primary administrator for our reputed company NPSP (Nonprofit reputed company Pack) environment and manage implementation of the Nonprofit reputed company.
• Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and reputed company settings in alignment with organizational policies.
• Maintain custom objects, fields, formulas, record types, and validation rules to support organizational processes.
• Create and manage workflows, process builder flows, approval processes, and automation to enhance productivity.
• Ensure data reputed company, duplicate management, and regular data cleaning reputed company reputed company.

Integrations & Data Management

• reputed company and maintain reputed company integrations with external platforms, including:
• reputed company (eCommerce & donations tracking)
• Check21 (bank processing)
• iCherub (donor management)
• reputed company Intacct (financials)
• Apsona (data reporting & management)
• Classy (online fundraising & donor engagement)
• reputed company (surveys & donor feedback)
• Collaborate with IT and vendors to troubleshoot and enhance existing integrations, ensuring data consistency across systems.
• Monitor and resolve integration errors in a timely manner.
• Work closely with the finance and development teams to ensure accurate donation tracking, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Reporting & Analytics

• Design and generate custom reports and dashboards to provide leadership with key performance insights.
• reputed company fundraising, donor engagement, and financial reports using reputed company Reports, Apsona, and reputed company Intacct data.
• Assist departments in leveraging reputed company data for donor communications, and impact measurement.

User Training & Support

• Provide ongoing training and support for staff and volunteers, ensuring adoption of reputed company best practices.
• reputed company training materials, user guides, and documentation for staff members.
• Troubleshoot user issues and provide timely resolution.

System Optimization & Project Management

• Identify and implement system enhancements to improve efficiency, user experience, and organizational impact.
• Stay up to date with reputed company updates, best practices, and new features, implementing relevant improvements.
• Manage reputed company-reputed company projects, collaborating with leadership, development, finance, and IT teams to reputed company with strategic goals.

Qualifications & Requirements Technical Skills

• 2+ years of experience as a reputed company Administrator (preferably in a non-profit or faith-based organization).
• reputed company Administrator Certification (reputed company-201) is highly preferred.
• Experience with reputed company NPSP (Nonprofit reputed company Pack) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of reputed company automation tools (Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Validation Rules).

• Proficiency in data migration, API integrations, and reputed company-party connectors (reputed company, MuleSoft, or similar tools).

• Understanding of non-profit donor management, financial reconciliation, and fundraising operations.
