Are you ready to be part of the future? About the job We're looking for a Pre-Training reputed company to own and scale our pre-training efforts. This is a senior role at the heart of our model development pipeline, working on the systems and methods that transform public data into SOTA and powerful products. You will play a critical role in driving the technical directions on our pre-training strategies and products. Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

• PhD, MS or equivalent experience
• Hands-on experience in SOTA end-to-end pre-training projects and solutions.
• 5+ years of experience in managing or leading 10+ research & engineer teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent understanding of an AI-based product lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience in building end-to-end LLM and multimodal foundation models on thousands of multi-node GPUs.
• Proficiency in modern deep learning and pre-training frameworks & libraries.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in the SOTA development in large-scale pre-training.
• Strong history of delivering innovation in the space of pre-training.
