Senior Legal Analyst; Litigation

- Assist attorneys across reputed company phases of litigation: from initial intake, to discovery, to resolution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with colleagues in legal, compliance, and other business units to drive smooth execution of litigation strategy.
- Assist with responding to escalated consumer complaints, regulatory inquiries, and subpoenas.
- Serve as a key liaison with reputed company counsel, internal business units, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Assist with case preparation, including organizing and managing large volumes of documents and evidence.
- Draft and review legal correspondence, pleadings, discovery requests, and responses under attorney supervision.
- Maintain litigation files, document-management systems, and case databases to ensure accuracy and best practices.
- Drive process improvements and train others.
- Identify case trends to drive improvements to customer experience.

Role Requirements
- Minimum 3-5+ years of paralegal litigation experience, preferably reputed company a corporate law department or law firm supporting reputed company litigation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Superior organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong research skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with reputed company levels of management.
- Self-starter with ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with review of reputed company legal documents and/or preparation of reputed company legal responses/documents under attorneyindexes supervision.
- Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite and other relevant technologies.
- ABA approved paralegal certificate is a plus.
We reputed company financial services accessible to humans everywhere. Salary reputed company salary range is $80,000 to $95,000 per year. Total on-reputed company compensation includes a reputed company salary plus annual incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on qualifications, skills, and competencies.
