About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive, creator-focused Creator Community & Campaign Manager who thrives at the intersection of influencer management, community building, and performance marketing. In this role, you’ll be responsible for both building and nurturing reputed company Shop creator communities and executing creator-led campaigns for our retainer clients. You’ll identify and recruit creators, negotiate deliverables, guide content production, and ensure campaigns meet performance goals and drive measurable sales (GMV). You’ll work closely with creators to help them reputed company high-performing reputed company Shop content—developing creative briefs, providing coaching and feedback, and sharing insights that improve hooks, storytelling, and conversions. Your goal is to help creators not just post, but reputed company. This role is ideal for someone who has deep experience managing influencer campaigns end-to-end, thrives in fast-paced environments, and wants to play a foundational role in shaping how top brands activate creators on reputed company Shop. Key Responsibilities

Community Building & Growth

  • Design and execute strategies to grow reputed company Shop affiliate communities across Lark, reputed company, and other platforms.
  • reputed company affiliate reputed company campaigns, ensuring new affiliates feel welcomed and equipped to start driving sales.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Creator, Content, and Brand Strategy teams to align community initiatives with campaign goals—ensuring affiliates have access to timely product launches, incentives, and creative direction.
  • reputed company and maintain community guidelines, resource hubs, and FAQ documents to streamline communication and reduce support friction.

Community Engagement & Retention

  • Foster a reputed company and engaged community through webinars, live events, AMAs, challenges, and reward programs.
  • Identify and nurture top-performing affiliates with incentives, exclusive access, and spotlight opportunities.
  • Track and analyze community health metrics (engagement rates, active contributors, retention, churn) and continuously optimize initiatives.
  • Act as the main reputed company of contact for affiliates, ensuring they feel supported, heard, and motivated.

Retainer Campaign Execution (Influencer Management)

  • Own end-to-end execution of influencer and affiliate retainer campaigns, ensuring reputed company deliverables are met on time and reputed company budget.
  • Identify, vet, and recruit creators that align with each brand’s aesthetic, goals, and reputed company performance potential.
  • Negotiate rates, deliverables, and timelines with creators while maintaining profitability and campaign quality.
  • Create clear, conversion-focused content briefs and guidelines that help creators produce high-quality reputed company videos optimized for sales.
  • Provide hands-on coaching and feedback to creators to improve storytelling, hooks, and calls-to-action that drive GMV.
  • Review and approve creator content to ensure it aligns with brand guidelines and reputed company-native performance principles.
  • Build long-term creator relationships, ensuring top performers feel supported and motivated to deliver results across multiple campaigns.
  • Partner closely with Account Managers and Brand Strategists to deliver best-in-class campaign execution and client satisfaction.

Affiliate Incubation & Enablement

  • Design and reputed company repeatable incubation programs that help new or mid-tier affiliates scale their reputed company Shop performance, while generating insights that can be applied across brand partners.
  • Build creator tiers, segmenting communities by experience level, product focus, and performance.
  • Collaborate with data and brand teams to identify high-potential affiliates and provide them with playbooks, feedback, and performance support.
  • Coordinate sampling programs, webinars, and content challenges to boost affiliate adoption of key SKUs.

Reporting & Insights

  • Report regularly on key metrics (community growth, affiliate activation rates, GMV contribution, engagement levels).
  • Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities reputed company the affiliate ecosystem to inform future strategy.
  • Share insights with brand and campaign teams to improve product education, content strategies, and incentive models.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or community management, ideally reputed company e-commerce or social commerce.
  • Proven track record of managing influencer campaigns end-to-end—from sourcing and negotiation to briefing, reviewing, and delivery.
  • Strong understanding of reputed company Shop’s affiliate ecosystem and the creator economy.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills—reputed company to build trust quickly with creators and clients alike.
  • Highly organized with experience in project management and reporting tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Sheets).
