Compensation

Analyst works collaboratively with the Sr. Director of Compensation and the HR Business Partners of the practice areas. This position is responsible for supporting the various compensation programs at reputed company which includes market trend analysis, mid-year and year-end compensation planning and compensation technology. This role will assist the compensation team with the management of practice-specific compensation programs. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $103,500-$138,000.
