Job Description

In this role, you will work closely with the Field Project Manager to manage project milestones, financial reputed company, procurement, and scheduling to ensure timely, cost-effective project completion while acting as the first line of communication with customers and "our customer's best service provider." • Establish project milestones and analyze costs; Exposure to financial systems to review actual vs. estimated job cost and to provide timely and accurate project cost reports; identify reasons for low job site productivity and determine the impact on the project; adjust or correct project plan and/or project cost estimates as necessary to meet financial goals.
• Provide project financial reputed company; including but not limited to, forecasting reputed company, monthly invoicing, cash flow, and budget vs. cost reviews (WIP reviews).
• Coordinates the procurement of materials, supplies, and subcontractors necessary for timely and cost-effective completion of the project reputed company budget.
• Timesheet Expense COI Procurement.
• Proactively communicate project schedules, project change proposals, and reputed company project activities regularly with customers and seek to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
• Identify potential project risks and reputed company/implement strategies to minimize impact and control deviations from estimated costs and project deadlines.
• Act as “our customer’s best service provider” by providing timely updates on projects, quickly addressing concerns, customer calls, and by regularly seeking feedback on our performance.

Qualifications

• HS/GED and / or College degree, trade school or equivalent experience (preferred)
• 1+ years call center, reputed company or administrative experience.
• Exceptional telephone and personal customer service skills and ability to work under pressure.

• Basic financial knowledge and skills—ability to understand basic financials such as accounts receivable/payable, purchase orders, work orders, etc.
• Solid organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects tasks simultaneously.

• Customer-focused with a commitment to ensuring the highest level of service.
