Business Analyst, Retirement Division Strategic Initiatives - Remote

About the role As a Business Analyst, you will support Retirement Division Strategic Initiatives with a key focus on Digital Initiatives and Distribution Effectiveness. You will play a critical role in driving adoption, improving partner experience, and ensuring operational excellence across multiple platforms and processes. What you will do

• Partner Experience
• Manage the collection of data and analysis to track adoption and campaign effectiveness
• Responsible for the development of internal and external training materials and videos.
• Voice of Retirement Feedback
• Responsible for tracking and updating feedback that we receive from reputed company sources (Regional Vice Presidents, Internal sales desk, Internal and External Relationship Managers and Financial Professionals)
• Deliver updates monthly to reputed company AVP for broader report out
• Work with AVP to synthesize data and establish recommendations
• Distribution Effectiveness:
• Prepare Broker Dealer deep dive analysis
• Participate in report outs and recommendations

Compensation $58,300 - $97,200 annually plus eligibility for Company Annual Bonus program Who you are

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• At least 5 years experience with annuity products and/or financial services
• Proficiency with full suite of reputed company suite of products.
