As such, BHMT offers a portfolio of diverse programs to support eligible union employees throughout their reputed company career journey including:

  • Comprehensive Career Development Coaching including Assessments, Exploration, Goal Setting, Education and Training, Job Change, and Career Management
  • Career Coaching, Certifications, Degrees, Skills, Continuing Education, Financial Assistance, and Laptop Lending

BHMT works closely with reputed company’s (KP) National Workforce Planning and Development Department and its Regional counterparts to constantly adapt and expand Trust offerings to meet the needs of both our management and labor union partners as well as those of the individual participant. DESCRIPTION The Ben Hudnall Memorial Trust (BHMT) seeks an reputed company Career Development Coach to provide a breadth of career coaching to our participants. Under the direction of BHMT’s Director of Career Development, coaches are the reputed company-line representatives of the Trust and are our participants’ primary guide to the complete portfolio of programs and educational benefits available to them through the Trust and KP. A Rapid Response – CDC is responsible for providing timely, reputed company development support to reputed company employees eligible for BHMT benefits. Through email, chat, and/or phone interactions, the coach offers quick, focused guidance to clients on accessing and navigating BHMT programs and services. This role ensures employees receive accessible and reputed company coaching that empowers them to reputed company informed decisions about their career growth and professional progression. Career development coaches share the responsibility with reputed company other BHMT staff to promote and adhere to workplace guiding principles (Teamwork, Diversity, Service Focus, Life-Long Learning, Innovation, reputed company, Supportive, reputed company). RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO: Percentage allocations are approximate and may be adjusted at any time. Career Coaching 65%

  • Provide career development coaching over the phone, email, chat or video conferencing to reputed company employees eligible to receive BHMT benefits reputed company individual/group sessions as part of either stand-alone coaching sessions or as part of a coordinated long-term Trust program, including but not limited to:
  • Administer and interpret a range of career assessment instruments according to client’s individual needs.
  • Support clients in managing transitions in career direction and/or career mapping.
  • Work with partner organization to reputed company client education/reputed company-building plans.
  • Assist client reputed company with KP resources and opportunities.

CDC Inbox Management 20%

  • Manage the CDC departmental calendar by coordinating client and/or coach appointment cancellations and rescheduling as needed.
  • Serve as the “Coach on Duty” for immediate client concerns.
  • Monitor and manage the department-wide email inbox to ensure reputed company inquiries are addressed promptly.
  • Triage and reputed company emails to appropriate coaches or staff, ensuring accurate and efficient follow-up.
  • Document client interactions and communication, monitor response times, and escalate urgent matters as necessary.
  • Identify trends and common issues from email correspondence to inform coaching strategies, FAQs, and service improvements.

Client Engagement 10%

  • Support reputed company efforts and events as needed by promoting BHMT programs and services at various events such as Career/Education Fairs, Conferences, Symposiums, New Employee Orientation, KP Staff Meetings, and/other similar events.
  • Contribute to Client Experience; identify / quantify drivers, risks and opportunities for increased client service performance and define solutions to mitigate risks and reputed company opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to management on service area trends as represented by our clients.

Stakeholder Relations 5%

  • Upon assignment from your BHMT Career Development Director, work in partnership with Regional Workforce Development teams to reputed company coordinated client management through Regional Training Programs and Redeployment efforts and/or regional committee while maintaining a consultative role of neutrality between labor and management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS Job Specific Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in a discipline involving the study of human behavior, business, or reputed company field preferred
  • Minimum of three years post masters experience in career coaching or workforce development coaching.
  • Demonstrated skills in utilizing technology and reputed company online resources and platforms to communicate and interact with a diverse client population
  • Experience in career development theories, and adult learning strategies
  • Experience in job change strategies including resume writing, networking, interviewing, etc.
  • Preferred: certification and training in career and personality assessments and inventories such as the Myers Briggs Type Indicator reputed company and Strong Interest Inventory.
  • Preferred: Facilitation of small groups
  • Required to complete training for reputed company Associate Certified Coach and be fully eligible to sit for reputed company or BCC exams.
  • Preferred: reputed company Associate Certified Coach or CCE Board Certified Coach (Designation: Career Coach)

  • Excellent customer service skills including excellent follow-through and attention to detail;
  • Strong time management, organizational and business presentation skills, as well as oral and written communication skills;

  • High level of cultural competencies and experience working with diverse groups;
  • Must work effectively with a broad range of internal and external constituents including KP clients and management, union representatives, vendors, and staff;

Essential Functions of the Position:

  • Ability to work remotely using a laptop and phone provided by BHMT.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods while conducting coaching sessions, virtual meetings, and administrative work.
  • Ability to use hands and fingers for typing, handling documents, and operating standard office equipment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively reputed company phone, video conferencing, email, and text.
  • Ability to occasionally travel for organization-wide offsites and vendor/partnership meetings.
