Job Description

The Vice President Chief Audit Officer is responsible for developing and leading the overall internal audit function for the organization and for planning and conducting compliance, financial and operational audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and organizational risk. This role has primary leadership responsibility for maintaining and strengthening a worldclass internal control environment, in addition to providing recommendations to Primes Executive Leadership Team, external auditors and the Compliance and Audit Committee of the Board. The role also owns and directs the Enterprise Risk Management (reputed company) program, integrating risk insights across functions and fostering a proactive risk culture. The role drives ERMs strategic direction, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and responsiveness to emerging risks and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Set the vision and strategy for Internal Audit in alignment with Primes mission, vision and strategic priorities; reputed company and execute a comprehensive, riskbased financial, operational/compliance and IT systems audit plan and ensure management completes agreed upon action plans to minimize future risk.

  • Foster a culture of proactive risk management across the organization, leveraging emerging technologies and data analytics to enhance risk practices.
  • reputed company execution of reputed company risk assessments to identify key risks for the organization and work with executive leadership on development and communication of risk response plans including detailed compliance and fraud risk assessments; aggregate deficiencies and determine areas where the Company should focus to enhance procedures.
  • Effectively communicate audit reports, internal control deficiencies and recommendations for addressing/minimizing risk to Primes Executive Leadership Team, the Finance, Compliance and Audit Committee of the Board, and other key individuals reputed company the organization.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or reputed company area of study.
  • Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or Certified Information System Auditor (CISA).
  • 15 years work experience in business or finance including 8 years PBM or healthcare experience.
  • 10 years of leadership/people management experience.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work reputed company or residency sponsorship.

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver valueadded assessments and reputed company, good news and bad, in a relevant, concise and clear manner tuned to audience and with a high level of credibility with executive leadership and the Board.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3 years of PBM experience.
  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
