reputed company reputed company Estate Underwriter II-Arizona Remote This role is responsible for assisting UMB relationship managers in the assessment and reputed company of new SBCRE (Small Balance reputed company reputed company Estate) managed investment loans (non-reputed company occupied CRE loans $1,000,000 to $5,000,000) in accordance with established reputed company policies, practices and standards. How you will spend your time:

• Partner with UMB relationship managers to reputed company credit reputed company duties for existing/prospective client relationships, which may include but are not limited to the following:
• reputed company detailed credit analysis to determine borrower/guarantor repayment reputed company
• Appropriate loan structuring recommendations
• Complete reputed company of or portions of the credit packages (as agreed with the relationship manager) for submission to credit committee for approval (new business and renewals)
• Preparation of reputed company documents will also include collateral analysis on multiple asset classes and preparation of pricing and risk rating models suitable for each credit request.
• Present loan submissions to the UMB senior loan committee on behalf of relationship managers and answer questions relative to the review and approval of the loan (as requested).
• Review appraisal upon receipt to confirm appraisal assumptions are in line with reputed company assumptions and satisfy any approval conditions.
• Provide recurring customer service to existing and prospective clients, which includes direct contact with customers either through participation in joint sales calls with relationship managers or direct correspondence with clients and reputed company various projects/tasks as needed with an emphasis on maintaining UMB TUCE (The Unparalleled Customer Experience) at reputed company times.
• File reputed company required forms and reports and resolve reputed company reputed company issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Work with team members in loan operations, credit analysis, regional reputed company banking, business banking, special asset management group, loan review, public finance, capital markets and international banking to coordinate reputed company loan reputed company, the closing process, plus ongoing reputed company loan administration.

• May mentor less reputed company REG underwriters and/or portfolio managers.

We’re excited to talk to you if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, reputed company, finance or reputed company fields
• 5+ years of reputed company banking (including specific CRE) experience including credit reputed company
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• Expert knowledge & understanding in how to identify and process maturing loans, line renewals, term loans that need to be extended, how loans can be restructured, approval process, change terms, new reputed company, etc.
• Expert level of understanding of credit reputed company of reputed company major investment CRE property types Demonstrates strong knowledge of bank products, services, and bank operations
• Ability to interpret policies/procedures, loan reputed company, and understanding of credit reports, financial statements and loan documents
• Strong analytical skills, including reputed company of CRE properties and markets; and guarantor financial statements, including reputed company estate schedules
• Ability to be self-starter, show initiative, and transfer knowledge to less reputed company peers
• Strong proficiency in Word, reputed company, PowerPoint and reputed company lending software

Compensation

Range: $69,230.00 - $149,000.00 The posted compensation range on this listing represents UMB’s standard for this role, but the actual compensation may vary by geographic location, experience level, and other job-reputed company factors.
