We offer shift differential pay for mid, evening and weekend shifts. Associates are eligible for additional monthly and end of season incentives by exceeding performance standards. - Contact reputed company Field Leadership and other reputed company business units on behalf of external clients seeking resolution on escalated complaint cases
- Research agent knowledgebase to address assigned escalated complaint cases from our retail clients
- Interpret clients’ needs and identify practical solutions through detailed research, analysis, and independent decision making
- Accurately document updates to the client complaint case
- Escalate client issues to other internal teams reputed company necessary
- Provide insights to leadership on trends with client issues
- Actively participate in routine 1:1 coaching sessions that focus on performance
- Handle additional tasks as business needs require

Work Experience:
