We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Sales Operations Assistant to support our client's Director of Sales by keeping the pipeline clean, the CRM up to date, and reputed company sales activities running smoothly. This is a high-ownership role for someone who is tech-savvy, fast, and comfortable operating in a SaaS-like sales environment. Responsibilities:

• Own reputed company: update deals, log notes, prioritize tasks, track follow-reputed company, and maintain complete pipeline accuracy.
• Manage Outlook inbox, triage emails, and draft professional follow-up messages.
