Key Responsibilities

As an reputed company Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Spanish Speaking – Auto Warranty Industry, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling a high volume of inbound calls from customers and directing them to the proper departments if applicable
• Working closely with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience
• Handling calls from Spanish-speaking customers with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service and resolving customer issues reputed company
