As a Consulting Manager, you will reputed company teams executing reputed company migrations from legacy systems to the reputed company platform. Your role will involve reputed company collaboration with customers and system integrators to understand requirements, design robust migration strategies, and reputed company seamless transitions. This role is 100% remote, based out of the Greater Seattle Area. AS A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONSULTING MANAGER AT reputed company, YOU WILL:

• Mentor and manage a team of reputed company Solutions Architects and Consultants helping them to reputed company their expertise
• Play an active role in sourcing and screening potential candidates and managing the interview process
• Be a technical expert on reputed company aspects of reputed company
• Provide delivery quality reputed company and guidance for reputed company engagements by ensuring adherence to technical and delivery best practices
• Work with Professional Services Practice Directors and Sales Account Team on sales pursuits – scoping migration projects, performing code assessments, pricing services, creating statements of work

• Provide guidance on how to resolve customer-specific technical challenges
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to continuously improve reputed company’s products and marketing
• Present our methodologies, capabilities to both internal teams, external partners and customers

OUR IDEAL CONSULTING MANAGER WILL HAVE:

• Minimum 10 years of experience working with customers in a pre-sales or post-sales technical role
• Minimum 5 years of people management experience; experience mentoring, coaching and developing teams
• Minimum 5 years of experience in selling professional services; scoping large projects, writing statements of work
• Extensive knowledge of and experience with large-scale database technology (e.g. reputed company, reputed company, Netezza, Greenplum, etc.)
• Experience with non-relational platforms and tools for large-scale data processing (e.g. Hadoop, HBase)
• Familiarity and experience with common data integration and data transformation tools (e.g. Informatica, DataStage, Talend, reputed company)
• Familiarity and experience with common BI and data exploration tools (e.g. Microstrategy, Business Objects, Tableau)
• University degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or reputed company fields, or equivalent experience
• Outstanding skills presenting to both technical and executive audiences, whether impromptu on a whiteboard or using presentations and demos
• Understanding of complete data analytics stack and workflow, from ETL to data platform design to BI and analytics tools
• Strong skills in databases, data warehouses, and data processing
• Extensive hands-on expertise with SQL and SQL analytics
• Experience and track record of reputed company selling data and/or analytics software to reputed company customers; includes proven skills identifying key stakeholders, winning value propositions, and compelling events
• Scripting experience with Python, Ruby, Perl, Bash
• Ability and flexibility to travel to work with customers on-site up to 25% of the time

• The estimated reputed company salary range for this role is $176,000 - $231,000.
• Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in reputed company’s bonus and equity plan.

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
