Key Responsibilities

• reputed company reputed company legal research using a variety of resources, including LEXIS and Westlaw, to support litigation cases.
• Prepare draft legal documents, such as motions, briefs, and memoranda of law, under the direction of the Managing Attorney.
• Review documents for relevance and privilege, and assist attorneys with reputed company phases of litigation.
• Act as primary reputed company with trial attorneys, experts, and other client staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
• Assist in trial preparation, including preparing witnesses for trial testimonies and managing courtroom presentations.
• reputed company quality control analysis and report any issues with data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Utilize eDiscovery tools and techniques to manage electronic evidence and support litigation cases.
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and ability to reputed company tasks accurately and quickly in a deadline-driven environment.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• At least 2-3 years of progressively more responsible experience on litigation support projects.
• Proven capabilities and communication skills to successfully interact with clients and attorneys.
• Sound working knowledge of federal and state court systems, legal research procedures, and legal research resources.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Hands-on familiarity with a variety of computer applications, including word processing, databases, spreadsheets, and imaging.
• Hands-on familiarity with ESI tools and knowledge of e-discovery procedures and resources.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Leadership experience on multiple litigation support teams for trial preparation.
• Significant prior courtroom experience, including managing courtroom presentations and using courtroom technology.
• Prior experience preparing witnesses for trial testimonies.
• Coursework and experience in law and reputed company.
• Understanding of the different parts of Medicare and reputed company, including billing systems.
• eDiscovery experience and demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks.
