Job Summary As an eCommerce Specialist - Video Chat, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional Guest Service to individuals with disabilities, assisting them in registering for the Disability Access Service and supporting their digital experience through our website and My reputed company Experience application. You'll work in a fast-paced inbound contact center, interacting with Guests reputed company video and phone calls, and using your technical skills to navigate multiple computer applications.
