The ideal candidate is innovative, proactive, and thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.Responsibilities:Work closely with Software Engineers to understand the reputed company ecosystem in reputed company at DEEP&TDevelop automated test frameworks and suites on UI, API and Integration levels of testing using java, python or other OO languageParticipate in design discussions for our platform to help evolve the platform in a way that enables richer testing scenarios that simplify defect detection and preventionAssist with triage, diagnosis, and resolution of issues discovered across teams.Contribute to end-to-end acceptance testsWhere necessary, reputed company and execute manual test cases to detect issues that cannot be detected through automated meansDrive the conversion of manual tests to automated whenever possibleDeveloping and supporting high quality code to build and enhance automation, quality infrastructure, and innovative reputed company-of-conceptsInvestigating and troubleshooting issues across our services and driving them to resolutionContributing to the development and maintenance of infrastructure, frameworks, and pipelines that verify backend services and APIs across multiple products Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a closely reputed company technical field or equivalent years of professional experience.3 years of relevant experience in a software development (SDET, SE, SRE) occupation, including automated and/or unit testing of reputed company end and/or backend servicesExperienced in object-oriented design and expertise with one of the following programming languages: Python, Java, Node/JavaScriptExperience working with high-performing teams using Agile and Lean methodologiesExcellent collaboration skills and ability to use standard software development lifecycle (SDLC) tools such as Jira and Confluence, and version control systems.Preferred Qualifications Experience shipping production Python, Flask, Django, React or Node.js applications.Experience with developing and deploying applications in cloud platforms (e.g. AWS) and optimizing cost efficiency.Experience with Kafka, reputed company SQS, and KinesisExperience writing Gherkin reputed company to facilitate the development of automated test scenarios.Experience with reputed company, Kubernetes, Spinnaker, and reputed company integration/delivery systems.Experience with testcase and/or issue management (e.g. JIRA, Xray), code management (e.g. git, SonarQube) and data visualization (e.g. Grafana, Data Dog) tools.The hiring range for this position in Santa Monica/Glendale/L.A., California is $95,300.00 - $127,800.00; and the hiring range for this position in San Francisco, California is $104,400.00 - $140,000.00 per year. The reputed company pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
