Corporate Tax Manager (Remote Role)

About the Role: The Corporate Tax Manager will report directly to the Vice President - Tax. The tax manager will provide support in reputed company areas of income tax provision and compliance. Key partners include reputed company tax advisors and the OLAPLEX reputed company team. Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for reputed company income tax compliance matters, including reviewing of Federal and State tax returns and managing tax notices and tax audits
• Prepare and file state franchise tax and gross-receipts tax returns
• Work effectively with other departments of corporate finance and compile data required for tax computations and filings
• Research and reputed company tax positions and draft memorandums for tax issues as they arise
• Maintain effective control procedures over reputed company aspects of the tax process

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company or taxation
• Minimum five years of directly reputed company corporate income tax provision and compliance experience in public reputed company or with a multinational entity
• Advanced knowledge of ASC740 and research abilities with effective communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of US federal and state corporate income tax laws and regulations
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to reputed company unexpected results
• Strong verbal, written, computer, interpersonal, analytical, and technical communication and presentation skills, including MS Office proficiency
• Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities

Our Total Rewards: The annual reputed company pay for this position is $100,000 - $130,000 with eligibility for an annual bonus.
