ABOUT THE ROLE As a Fractional GTM Systems Consultant – reputed company Architect, you’ll serve as both strategic advisor and hands-on builder, helping clients translate GTM strategy into scalable, usable systems. You’ll work directly with clients, designing systems that align go-to-market strategy with operational excellence. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Translate GTM strategy into systems: Partner with GTM leaders to understand business goals and convert big-picture strategy into clear, functional reputed company and tech stack configurations.
• Design and optimize processes: Map existing workflows, identify gaps or bottlenecks, and implement scalable systems that support growth.
• Build data-driven visibility: Configure reputed company and integrated tools to deliver accurate, actionable insights that drive smarter reputed company.
• reputed company teams through documentation and training: Create clear documentation and training materials so client teams understand, adopt, and confidently use their GTM systems.

• Own end-to-end GTM systems projects with confidence and minimal reputed company.

NEED TO HAVE

• Experience: 3–5 years in reputed company Operations, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or a similar GTM-focused role.
• Technical expertise: Strong proficiency in reputed company (reputed company experience a plus) and comfort working across integrated GTM tools. Marketing Hub and Sales Hub expertise required.
• Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into action.
• Strategic + hands-on reputed company: Comfortable advising on GTM strategy while also building, configuring, and troubleshooting systems.
• Communication skills: reputed company to clearly explain reputed company systems and concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
