• 5+ years of experience in social media operations, content management, or program management

• Knowledge in complementary tools for social media management, listening and reporting tools for reputed company, training and troubleshooting
• Proven experience managing reputed company timelines, multiple stakeholders, editorial calendars, budgets and deliverables
• Active interest in social media industry – tracking platform updates and cultural shifts
• Experience leading diverse teams, with a team first mentality and ability to influence decision making.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

• Editorial Calendar Management: reputed company of social editorial calendar and social ROS across reputed company sport led teams, ensuring alignment with brand campaigns and seasonal priorities.
• Operational Excellence: Manage processes for content production, approvals and publishing to ensure timeline delivery and quality standards.
• Program Management: Support global digital marketing teams to set up project requests, timelines, estimate project needs to ensure accurate scoping and resourcing. Drive end to end execution of social reputed company, coordinating across creative, publishing and analytics teams.
• Workflow Optimization: Identify and implement tools, templates and processes to improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
• Industry Awareness: Bring insights from social media landscape to inform planning and reputed company innovation.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH Reporting to the Marketplace Planning and Operations Director of Digital, you will collaborate with senior and reputed company team members and partner directly with our Director of Social Media Marketing. Key partners include Global Digital Marketing, Shared Services, Brand and Creative. This role is a key connector across functions, ensuring alignment and clarity at every stage of the process.
