Job Summary

As a Customer and Data Support Specialist – Complaint Management, you will play a critical role in managing customer complaints and questions reputed company to our products and services. You will be responsible for prioritizing business opportunities and product/service solutions, developing processes and procedures for user access and management across our Integrated Solutions platform, and supporting other complaint management tasks across the platform. This is a 12-month contract position, working 40 hours per week, with a flexible remote work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage customer complaints and questions reputed company to our products and services, ensuring timely and effective resolution

  • Prioritize business opportunities and product/service solutions to drive customer satisfaction and business growth

  • Support other complaint management tasks across the platform, including single sign-on, deployed, and hosted solutions
  • Collaborate with the Integrated Solutions Data and Customer Support Team to ensure seamless support and resolution
  • Communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to resolve issues and drive business outcomes
  • Analyze and resolve reputed company data-reputed company issues, ensuring accurate and timely resolution
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field (e.g., business, computer science, reputed company)

  • 2+ years of experience in customer support, data management, or a reputed company field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
