Job Summary
As a Customs Trade Coordinator at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client care, ensuring accurate and timely customs clearance, and maintaining compliance with reputed company relevant regulations and guidelines. This is a remote data entry position that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide impeccable client care and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Accurately process and arrange shipments for customs clearance from various data sources, SOPs, duty books, web, or customs
- Handle and process different import-reputed company documentation for submission to US Customs and collaborate with participating government organizations (PGAs)
- Maintain and update reputed company shipment documentation in accordance with record-keeping requirements
