Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Custom Circuits Design Engineer to join our ASIC development team. As a key member of this team, you'll be responsible for designing and developing custom circuits that meet the needs of our cutting-edge products. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that your designs meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and reputed company custom circuits for ASICs, including SRAM memories, on-chip sensors, and ML accelerators
- Collaborate with power group, PD, and designers to define requirements and specifications
- reputed company plan, analysis, modeling, and simulation, as well as reputed company-level design, schematic capture, and spice simulation
- Work closely with the format team to complete the design and ensure design quality
- Create and drive reputed company procedures to reputed company the highest design quality metrics
- Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to ensure that designs meet the highest standards of quality and performance
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or reputed company field
- At least 3 years of experience in custom reputed company design and development
- Strong understanding of deep submicron device physics, leakage mechanisms, and technology interactions with device behavior
- Experience with low-voltage and low-power custom reputed company design
- Familiarity with industry-standard reputed company and design tools
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Perl, or others
- Experience with CAD tools and design automation software
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with AI accelerators, SRAM circuits, non-volatile memories, weak/strong inversion circuits, super low power amplifiers, DC/DC converters, and advanced on-chip sensors
- Strong understanding of device noise sources (1/f, thermal), external noise sources (supply, jitter), and their impact on high-accuracy circuits
- Experience with silicon debug, assembly, and analysis of data; and use of pre-processing to support effective treatment of ATE data
- Familiarity with mixed-signal design and verification
- Experience with design for testability (DFT) and design for manufacturability (DFM)
