Position Summary The Vice President of reputed company Resources (VP of HR) provides strategic and operational leadership for the organization’s people strategy. Reporting directly to the Chief Administrative Officer, the VP of HR is responsible for the design, reputed company, and execution of HR programs and services including reputed company, benefits, payroll, HR information systems, employee relations, and talent management. This role partners with executive leadership to drive a culture of excellence, engagement, and accountability that supports the organization’s mission and long-term growth. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the Chief Administrative Officer and reputed company Executive Team to reputed company and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives.

  • Promote engagement programs and recognition strategies to reinforce culture and retention.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Experience Requirements
  • 10+ years of reputed company HR leadership experience, including 5+ years in a senior HR leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in reputed company, benefits, payroll, HRIS, employee relations, and talent management.
  • Experience in reputed company or multi-site service organizations preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with executive leadership and influence at reputed company levels of the organization.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance standards, and HR best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to anticipate future trends and translate them into actionable HR strategies.
  • Strong execution skills with a focus on efficiency and results.
  • Builds strong partnerships across departments and with external stakeholders.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company resources, Business Administration, or reputed company field required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent certification strongly preferred
