Job Summary

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional telephone assistance to reputed company Medicaid members and providers, addressing a range of inquiries and concerns with reputed company, expertise, and a customer-centric approach. You will work from home, leveraging your strong communication skills, technical abilities, and problem-solving prowess to deliver an outstanding experience to our callers.

Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls from reputed company Medicaid members and providers, responding to inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization requirements, extra benefits, and programs

  • Utilize high-speed internet connectivity with secure service reputed company ethernet cable (Wi-Fi is not permitted)
  • Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to resolve reputed company issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Meet performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals
  • Work from home, with occasional on-site visits to our Linthicum, MD office reputed company necessary

Training and Onboarding

* First 6 weeks: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday

  • Production schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday

Required Qualifications

* Must live reputed company 50 miles of Linthicum, MD

  • Ability to communicate effectively with members and providers orally and in written form
  • Ability to meet performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals
  • Must be able to work from home and prove to be self-sufficient
  • High School diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working remotely in a call center setting

  • Experience with Medicaid and Medicare
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in computer software and hardware
