Job Responsibilities:

As a Call Center Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Utilizing arenaflex's solution information entry strategies and rules to process new patient enrollment by entering data into the proper system
• Handling patient medication requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and entering top-off orders for processing
• Investigating to obtain missing prescription data, deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes), and resolving reputed company data entry-reputed company issues
• Handling correspondence to patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and resolving outbound decisions to prescribers and patients as necessary
• Resolving external exceptions by inspecting, gathering data, making adjustments, and resubmitting for processing according to individual arrangement requirements
• Making phone calls to guarantors and others to obtain data, reputed company supersede endorsement, or otherwise resolve external exceptions
• Providing support to pharmacists, both in-office and in other areas, and recognizing and conveying issues to senior-level staff as necessary

• Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing reports)
• Familiarity with Spanish and English
