Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Product Manager to join our CS Innovation team. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our contact center stage, working closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, operations, and data science. Responsibilities

As a Product Manager, you'll be responsible for:

• Developing and executing product roadmaps that align with business goals and customer needs
