Job Summary
As a Full Stack Data Engineer at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in designing, developing, and deploying scalable data pipelines that enable real-time business analytics, data exploration, and data preparation. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop innovative solutions that meet those needs. Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and deploy scalable data pipelines that enable real-time business analytics, data exploration, and data preparation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop innovative solutions that meet those needs
- Develop and maintain documentation for all assigned structures and projects
- Perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve software or business process issues
- Provide training and lead the implementation of complex projects
- Build fault-tolerant, self-healing, adaptive, and highly accurate data computational pipelines
- Optimize data products to provide client personas, Data Science, AI/ML, and data visualization
- Develop deep knowledge of data engineering concepts, including non-interactive (batch, distributed) and real-time data, data pipelines, and data products
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 7-10 years of experience in architecting and designing large-scale, high-performance distributed systems
- 7-10 years of experience in SQL Platform
- 3+ years of experience in No-SQL Platform
- 3+ years of experience in Spark
- 3+ years of experience in data platform implementation on Azure or AWS
- 2+ years of experience in CI/CD experience
- Exposure to SOA architecture
Preferred Qualifications
* Strong analytical and design skills
- Collaborative, able to work remotely, and still be an engaging team member
- Experience with orchestration tools, ADF or Airflow
- Experience with denormalized data modeling for large data structures
- Experience with Jupyter Notebooks, Colab, or DataBricks
Skills and Competencies
* Strong understanding of data engineering concepts, including non-interactive (batch, distributed) and real-time data, data pipelines, and data products
- Experience with Spark, including PySpark
- Experience with data pipeline development, ingest styles in Azure
- Experience with orchestration tools, ADF or Airflow
- Experience with SQL
- Experience with denormalized data modeling for large data structures
- Strong analytical and design skills
- Collaborative, able to work remotely, and still be an engaging team member
- Experience with CI/CD experience
- Exposure to SOA architecture
