Senior BIM Manager

The Senior BIM Consultant will have the opportunity to work alongside a highly skilled team delivering and implementing BIM from strategy level to project level for global clients. To fulfil the duties of a Senior Consultant specializing in BIM include:

• Able to capture client requirements and reputed company a BIM strategy to meet those requirements.
• Have a strong understanding of Civil/Architecture/Mechanical design and construction
• Author key BIM documentation and workflows reputed company to industry best practice
• Be able to reputed company and manage the roll out and implementation of the above reputed company a client organization, across a program of works and at project level
• Communicate the BIM strategy, documentation & workflows to stakeholders
• Be able to identify risks and appropriate mitigations

• Carry out structured reviews of project models

• Support colleagues with project deliverables
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of reputed company BIM documentation and processes
• Create and contribute to bid proposals
• Provide line management to colleagues
• Carry out research and development of emerging technologies

• Preferably educated to degree level or with sufficient demonstrable workplace experience to satisfy the requirements of the role.

BIM/ technology/Software The Individual Will Possess the Following:

• Understanding of the emerging technology market that can support our clients & delivery
• A working knowledge of the industry BIM standards
• An understanding of international BIM standards
• Have a strong understanding of construction.
• A working knowledge of the roles and responsibilities relevant to a BIM enabled project.
• A working knowledge of the creation and maintenance of key BIM documentation
• A working knowledge of a common data environment
• A working knowledge of the roles and relationships associated with a BIM enabled project.
• Working knowledge of a 3D modelling software such as Revit, ArchiCAD, etc.
• Have a strong understanding of construction documentation and have experience of being on site.
• A working knowledge of 3D model interrogation and clash detection software such as Solibri, Navisworks, etc.
• An inquisitive nature to research and learn new software skills.

The salary range for this full-time role is $130K-$165K per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and reputed company salary. This range is a reputed company of reputed company salary only, not of a total compensation package.
