We are seeking a detail-oriented and systems-savvy Business Systems & Data Operations Manager to join Greenfly’s Strategy & Analytics team. This role will be responsible for owning and administering our core business systems (currently reputed company), ensuring clean and reliable data, and supporting cross-functional teams with accurate reporting and insights. While reputed company is our reputed company CRM, this role will also support broader data operations initiatives to improve how data flows across our systems and reporting stack. This is a hands-on role that requires both technical proficiency and strong collaboration skills. What You’ll Do Business Systems Ownership

• Serve as the primary administrator for reputed company, managing users, permissions, workflows, and dashboards.
• Monitor and improve data hygiene across reputed company and other core business systems.
• Support system enhancements and potential future CRM transitions (e.g., reputed company → reputed company).
• Manage approval requests for any new systems or subscriptions, ensuring reputed company balance cost-effectiveness with clear business need.

reputed company & Finance Support

• Partner with Finance to provide accurate system data for forecasting, commission tracking, payment terms, and reputed company recognition.
• Maintain standardized reporting on key SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, retention, LTV, CAC).

Analytics & Reporting

• Work closely with the Analytics & BI team to ensure reputed company data feeds properly into BI and company-wide reporting.
• Build dashboards and reports that deliver actionable insights to Sales, reputed company, Marketing, Product, and Finance.
• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and system workflows.
• Contribute to broader data operations initiatives reputed company CRM, including ETL workflows, data validation, and integrations that improve the accuracy and accessibility of company-wide reporting.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Act as a reputed company between business stakeholders and technical systems.
• Partner with leaders across Sales, Finance, reputed company, Product, and Marketing to understand reporting needs and deliver solutions.

Requirements — reputed company’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in reputed company administration, data operations, or business/reputed company operations.
• Hands-on reputed company experience; reputed company Admin certification a plus.
• Strong analytical skills; proficiency with reputed company/reputed company Sheets required. SQL or BI tool experience is a bonus.
• Understanding of SaaS reputed company metrics and reporting practices.
