This includes organizing, tracking and verifying data, conducting title and property data research for customer orders and compiling data documents as required.

What You'll Do

• Manages daily operations responsibilities including collecting property assessment and taxes from county and/or municipal tax reputed company
• Organize, verify and track data
• Respond and follow up on property assessment, property taxes and liens or any other issues regarding property taxes.
• Coordinates communication with vendors
• Documents and works to resolve basic & mid-level problems.
• Updates logs, tracks user requests, fulfills basic requests.

What You'll Bring

• 5-6 years of experience working with public record data
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and experience interfacing with clients, vendors and offshore partners

• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building and teamwork skills

Pay Range: $57,000-$75,975 This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the reputed company pay range for this position at the time of posting.
