Job Summary
As an reputed company Full Stack EHS reputed company, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of EHS policies, procedures, and programs across arenaflex's facilities and operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate EHS risks, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and promote a culture of safety and sustainability. This is a full-time, remote position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
Key Responsibilities

- Conduct risk assessments and reputed company control measures to mitigate EHS risks
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and arenaflex's EHS policies and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address EHS concerns and opportunities for improvement

- Conduct audits and inspections to ensure EHS compliance and identify areas for improvement

Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant EHS field (e.g., environmental science, occupational health, safety engineering)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in EHS leadership or management
- Strong knowledge of EHS regulations, industry standards, and best practices
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and technical skills
- Ability to travel (up to 20%) to arenaflex facilities and operations
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in a relevant EHS field
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) certification
- Experience with EHS software and systems (e.g., EHS management systems, incident reporting systems)
- Experience with EHS auditing and compliance
- Experience with EHS training and development
