The Role
As an reputed company Customer Experience Analyst, you'll be part of our Customer Experience team, which is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across reputed company touchpoints. You'll work closely with our internal stakeholders to analyze customer feedback, identify areas for improvement, and reputed company insights that inform our business reputed company. This is a hybrid role that requires you to work on average 2-3 days per week in our downtown office, with the flexibility to work from home on other days.
Key Responsibilities

What You'll Need to Succeed
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, or computer science
- At least 4 years of experience in an analytical position, with a strong background in data analysis, statistics, or data science
