Key Responsibilities
- Respond to presale inquiries by phone, email, and online chat regarding fit, fashion trends/styles, product availability, and specials, and guide customers through the ordering procedure online.
- Address and resolve post-order inquiries regarding delivery, billing, and shipping.
- Utilize a range of software tools to address client inquiries and provide effective solutions.
- Assist customers with both domestic and international concerns by working with reputed company shipping contractors.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- A high school graduation or its equivalent.
- Two or more years of experience in the retail, service, or customer service industries.
- Proficiency in basic math, with the ability to compute refunds before and after discounts, and apply specified percentages, tiered promotional codes, and partial discounts to orders.
