Job Summary
As an Inbound Sales Representative, you'll play a critical role in helping customers find and purchase their ideal products. You'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two days are the same. If you're a people person with a passion for sales and customer service, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound sales calls, approximately 40 per day, depending on your shift, to assist customers in finding and purchasing their ideal products.
- Work from a provided schedule in our booking system, which is designed to maximize accessibility and responsiveness to our customers.
- Contact item providers to obtain additional information that may not be available on the arenaflex website.
- Follow the assigned Sales Cycle and call reputed company, including testing questions, expecting the sale, building compatibility, and more.
- Identify customer needs and look for opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products that may not be initially considered, but will enhance their primary purchase.
- Remain focused on our customers, minimizing distractions, and working reputed company throughout your shift.
- Collaborate with your team to reputed company sales goals and participate in sales challenges and other aspects of our company culture.

Essential Qualifications
