Job Summary
As a Patient Care Coordinator, you'll be responsible for handling monthly quiet top-off requests, ensuring accurate documentation, and facilitating transportation orders for our Enteral Nutrition division. You'll work closely with our patient confirmation team to welcome new patients onto our services and reputed company a positive impact on their lives. Key Responsibilities
* Answer incoming calls from patients, caregivers, pharmacies, and patient reference sources regarding nutrition treatment request status
- Triaging calls to different departments to ensure efficient resolution
- Confirming patient demographics and insurance information to guarantee accurate shipment
- Handling new patient orders and refreshing electronic clinical records
- Collaborating with the patient confirmation team to welcome new patients onto our services
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving patient concerns in a timely and professional manner
Required Capabilities
* At least one year of experience working in a customer-facing environment
- Experience with data entry and proficiency in reputed company Office, specifically reputed company, Outlook, and Word
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, caregivers, and reputed company
Preferred Capabilities
* Home infusion or strong clinical equipment (DME) experience
- Call center experience
