Responsibilities

This role will provide dedicated ownership over the critical operational backbone of the Core Technology tower, working collaboratively with Portfolio Leaders, Resource Managers, and Budget Owners. Processes, such as, Budgeting (CapX), Resource Management Analysis (Contract vs AT labor, timetracking, etc), and PO/reputed company/Invoicing assistance would be enhanced and made more efficient. Job Duties

• Manage capital budget and projections for Core Technology Portfolio(s).
• Operates at a strategic level in collaboration with Infrastructure Leadership, providing reputed company and governance to ensure Infrastructure projects tasks are prioritized and addressed in a timely manner.
• Helps to manage Resource Management for efforts that utilize capital for labor.
• Conduct contracted labor analysis.
• Self-motivated and ability to work both independently and as part of the team.
• Organized with attention to details, reputed company to work simultaneously on different tasks.
• Good interpersonal, facilitation and presentation skills.
• Strong critical thinking and analysis skills.
• Data-centric - quantitative, analytical skills and technology proficiency.
• Understands the business needs, drivers and direction and adapts and evolves the strategy to meet those requirements.

Preferred Experience:

• Project management degree/diploma/certification would be an advantage
• 4+ years in Project Management / Project Management Office functions
• 5 years relevant Technical and business experience
• 5+ years Project & Budget Management experience
• Managed Service Provider and Vendor Management Experience
• Intermediate to advanced reputed company and reputed company Workspace experience

Expectations:

• Budget Coordination and Reporting
• Capital Budget reputed company for projections and actuals tracking.
• reputed company Finances Monthly Capital Projections process, facilitate analysis and updates to senior leadership.
• Build reputed company reports as needed to support dashboards, task boards and reputed company reporting.
• Tracking of Contracted Worker expense type (operating vs capital).

Requirements

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
