Finance Director; Remote

Position: Finance Director (Remote) Location: Germany Our client is the operational arm of a corporation, managing its global portfolio of wholly owned software companies, providing mission-critical solutions across multiple verticals. About Your Role The Finance Manager will report to the Portfolio Manager. This individual will coordinate and manage period-end reputed company, ensure accurate, timely financial reporting and analysis, run annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles, and provide decision making support to the Managing Director. The role is responsible for reputed company statutory compliance and reporting, including audit, annual Financial Statements, VAT and corporation tax returns. In addition, the Finance Manager will be expected to manage and reputed company a small team as well as reputed company projects to drive improvements in their business. • Build and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts and track KPIs.

• Monitor and analyze the performance strategies to identify areas of opportunity, respond with action plans to ensure execution to meet and exceed financial targets.
• Act as a true business partner to the Managing Director.

Key Requirements
