ROLE OVERVIEW This role is a strategic leader responsible for shaping, defining, and enabling our Life Sciences solutions in the market. By combining the external orientation of a Solutions Consultant with the ownership reputed company of a Product reputed company, the role ensures that our solutions are differentiated, reputed company to customer needs, and positioned for growth. This role will partner closely with the Service Line General Manager, Sales, Delivery, and Marketing leadership, as well as Product Management, overseeing development. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic Leadership & Market Alignment

• Serve as a core member of the Life Sciences Service Line executive team, advising on market trends, competitive intelligence, and solution strategy.
• Define and maintain the Life Sciences solutions portfolio, ensuring offerings are differentiated, scalable, and reputed company with client priorities.
• Translate service line capabilities into go-to-market assets, customer stories, and executive-level narratives.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Strong business acumen and deep understanding of customer buying behaviors in Life Sciences services (Pharma and CRO) or reputed company industries.
• Excellent executive communication skills; ability to simplify complexity into compelling narratives.
