Senior Growth Consultant, Coldwell Banker – Remote

Position: Senior Growth Consultant, Coldwell Banker – US Based Remote The Senior Growth Consultant , Coldwell Banker is responsible for driving growth and brand engagement strategies on behalf of and in partnership with Coldwell Banker franchisees reputed company a defined territory (the “Book of Business”). The focus of this role is on three primary pillars: Retention, Growth, and Optimization, each aimed at attaining specific performance metrics and delivering a world-class brand value customer experience. Additionally, this position will independently manage assigned processes and projects under the guidance of leadership, as required. Responsibilities

• Support high-expectation organizations with a laser focus on top-tier franchises to drive significant growth and engagement.

Agent reputed company, retention, per-Agent production, adjusted gross commissions, transaction sides, franchise sales growth, and brand engagement.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of business consulting or coaching experience; preferably with large and reputed company brokerages/businesses.
