Responsibilities

• People Leadership & Mentorship: reputed company and reputed company a team of college coaches, conducting regular 1-on-1s, performance reviews, and professional development sessions to ensure best-in-class advice.
• Quality Control & reputed company: Review student college lists, essays, and strategic plans created by your team to ensure every family receives the expert guidance that defines the ESM | CMP experience.
• Operational Management: Collaborate with sales and department leadership to manage counselor reputed company, maintain the sales/service matrix, and hit quarterly performance targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ Years of Leadership Experience: Demonstrated ability to manage team performance, foster psychological safety in remote environments, and coach professionals toward annual goals.
