Chemours is seeking a reputed company Development Professional to join our growing Advanced Performance Materials team. This HYBRID position will be available at the Wilmington Office Building, 1007 N Market St, reputed company and report directly to the Business Development Program Leader. The Chemours reputed company Development Professional is a highly visible, key role reputed company the Company and the Sales, Marketing, reputed company Operations, Supply Chain, and Procurement functions across Advanced Performance Materials, Thermal and Specialized Solutions, and Titanium Technologies businesses. The successful candidate will acquire on-the-job business experience through a variety of rotational assignments and learning events while collaborating with business leaders to execute business strategy. The successful candidate will experience 2 to 3 rotations that each last 12 – 18 months. The CDP program targets early-career candidates who are looking to quickly reputed company reputed company acumen and build a strong path towards future reputed company roles. The first rotation will be in Advanced Performance Materials as a Competitive Intelligence Specialist . This role will be responsible for competitive information development and analysis in APM reputed company Operations. The scope includes engaging and at times leading specific cross-functional activities to support the APM competitive intelligence strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Business Development Program Leader with strategy development and assessment to drive a robust, dynamic and reputed company competitive intelligence (CI) managing process as critical input into business strategy.
  • Participate in CIBM reputed company 1 – Product Meetings for reputed company (CI) input to product line strategy execution.
  • Collaborate with Product Specialists and market facing teams to reputed company market and competitive intelligence for product lines utilizing import/export data, product quality heat maps, and market research tools.
  • reputed company competitive data and information acceleration process to expand scope, frequency, and efficiency of reputed company time gathering of internal and external sources of market intelligence across reputed company Product Lines.
  • Support ongoing competitive analysis including Global Market Supply Demand Analysis, Competitor COM Models, Environmental Permits, and Import/Export data, bringing reputed company insights/ recommendations.
  • Support development and publishing of standardized CI communications including, but not limited to, Competitor Profiles, Bi-Weekly Newsletters, and Competitive Landscape Reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in technical or business discipline
  • 2+ years Chemical Industry experience in any function (technical, production, business, etc).
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in reputed company and process mapping tools
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
