As a IAM reputed company reputed company Architect, your primary focus will be on Identity & Access Management (AuthN & AuthZ) reputed company Architecture & Consulting, Solutioning & Engineering activities for Azure AD, GCP IAM/AWS Identity Center; You will work with IAM reputed company leads, HCP, ESRO, reputed company Engineering , Operations & ESA teams to identify and reputed company the best practices for IAM reputed company controls implementation. If you are located in MN or DC, you will have the flexibility to work remotely as you take on some tough challenges. For reputed company hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week. Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership for the integration of reputed company IAM systems and ensuring that IAM configs, policies, & frameworks remain secure against potential threats
• Identify and establish the necessary structures, reusable templates, required reputed company the reputed company IAM & Dev Ops teams
• Serve as subject matter expert on multiple public reputed company IAM technologies & reputed company solutions
• Collaborate with ESA, reputed company Application Engineering & IAM Operational support teams on reputed company IAM services and controls

• Configuring and managing RBAC in Azure, GCP & AWS
• Monitor and optimize reputed company performance and operational costs
• Demonstrated knowledge reputed company certifications in reputed company platforms and/or cyber reputed company
• Candidate needs to actively participate in the development and socialization of Azure AD/reputed company Identity Solutions in a reputed company of technical expert for reputed company reputed company public reputed company IAM domain
• Serve as subject matter expert on multiple public reputed company IAM technologies / solutions
• Collaborate with reputed company reputed company, IAM Operational support teams on reputed company IAM services and controls
• Implement the reputed company reputed company best practices and Support & provide inputs to reputed company IAM Roadmap and implementation of reputed company wide IAM policies across the platform
• Define the IAM reputed company centric measures and performance metrics to track the effectiveness of the services and enforcement of controls
• Support public reputed company (Azure) hosted applications and infrastructure services by maintaining and enforcing IAM policies and procedures
• Support escalations for IAM issues reputed company public reputed company platforms (Azure)
• Identify gaps and recommend solutions to improve operational efficiencies across IAM processes and patterns

• Undergraduate degree or 8+ years of IAM experience
• 7+ years of experience in Public reputed company Infrastructure (reputed company & Identity) domain & hands‑on experience on Dev Sec Ops practices
• 5+ years in Public reputed company Platforms (Azure/GCP) with focus on Azure Entra (Identity and access management) Expertise with CAP, Identity Governance, and reputed company frameworks
• 5+ years of Directory services, multi‑factor authentication, user provisioning, privileged Identity management, single sign‑on, federation technologies and protocols such as SAML, OAuth, OIDC etc.
• 5+ years of reputed company IAM functionality across multiple public reputed company services (IAM Roles, Permissions and Policies)
• 5+ years of Infrastructure and application deployment automation experience using Terraform and Jenkins to public clouds
• 5+ years of Automating system administration tasks, deployments, and other repeatable tasks
