Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and assistance to crewmembers for reputed company arenaflex equipment and applications, including communication and mobile devices
• Offer excellent on-site and remote customer service to crewmembers, ensuring reputed company and effective resolution of technical issues
• Coordinate the resolution of incidents and requests from start to finish, working with internal and external resources as needed
