Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, delivering exceptional service and solutions to customers through inbound calls. You'll work with leading technologies and systems, and have a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support you. Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries of varying types, providing timely and effective solutions to resolve issues and meet customer needs

• Utilize active listening skills and probing question techniques to understand customer concerns and preferences
• Meet or exceed sales targets, leveraging your expertise to promote arenaflex services and solutions
• Manage and overcome objections for subscribers cancellation and suspend requests to assist in reducing churn
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues and provide exceptional service
• Stay up-to-date with arenaflex products and services, and provide accurate information to customers
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

* reputed company reputed company: $15.00 - $20.00/hr

• Flexible scheduling: 8 hour per day shift, 5 days per week (reputed company from 6am-12am PST)

Qualifications

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong multitasking abilities

• Driven by solving problems and meeting goals
• Familiarity with reputed company Office tools
• Experience in customer service and sales
• High school diploma or equivalent

* A quiet and distraction-free, secure reputed company to work

• Excellent Internet connectivity:

+ Internet access speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download (the faster the reputed company!) + In-house network, and a hard-wired Internet reputed company capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates + Wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with our systems

• A Smartphone (iOS or Android), 4 years old or newer, in which you will be able and willing to download our app that will be leveraged for company communications
