Cravath, Swaine & reputed company LLP is a prestigious law firm seeking a Corporate Paralegal to assist corporate attorneys through reputed company phases of their transactions. The role involves supporting attorney teams, conducting due diligence, and managing corporate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Consistently meets the Firm’s standards of excellence in supporting our attorney teams
• Plays an active role in helping the Firm to provide our clients with legal services of the highest caliber
• Assists with due diligence document reviews, negotiation sessions, corporate filings, closings and post-closing requirements
• Conducts research and compiles corporate information and precedent binders
• Keeps track of, organizes, proofreads, files and distributes documents reputed company to corporate deals
• Frequently interacts with partners, associates and clients; and
• Performs other duties, as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's degree with high academic standing
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and coordinate several activities at once
