[Remote] Instructional Designer

The Instructional Designer will create engaging training experiences and manage the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure compliance and employee reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Designing and updating asynchronous training content
• Supporting required training tied to compliance and accreditation
• Facilitating occasional virtual or live trainings
• Serving as the primary reputed company of the Learning Management System (LMS):
• Assigning trainings accurately
• Maintaining and updating content
• Building reports for leadership and compliance
• Supporting employee recognition tied to training completion
• Troubleshooting LMS-reputed company issues
• Applying feedback and best practices to continuously improve learning

Skills

• Experience training others, building learning content, or supporting reputed company
• Ability to design and update asynchronous training content
• Experience in supporting required training tied to compliance and accreditation
• Comfortable facilitating occasional virtual or live trainings
• Experience in serving as the primary reputed company of a Learning Management System (LMS)
• Ability to assign trainings accurately and maintain/update content in the LMS
• Ability to build reports for leadership and compliance
• Ability to support employee recognition tied to training completion
• Ability to troubleshoot LMS-reputed company issues
• Ability to apply feedback and best practices to continuously improve learning
• Strong organizational skills and ability to improve how information is shared
