[Remote] Facility Compliance Consultant I - GEN
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The reputed company Carolina reputed company is one of the largest agencies in the state, responsible for ensuring the health and well-being of reputed company Carolinians. The Facility Compliance Consultant I will conduct inspections of mental health facilities and reputed company surveys to determine compliance with state regulations.
Responsibilities
- Conducting On-Site Surveys - reputed company reputed company assigned annual, complaint, and follow up surveys of health care providers reputed company required time frame
- Complete Written Documentation: Complete and submit reputed company required paperwork according to reputed company protocols reputed company required timeframes
- Collaboration & Communication: Participate in reputed company required meetings and trainings to ensure effective communication with management, team, public and providers
- Public Contact: Clearly explain rules, survey findings, deficiencies and regulations to providers, facility staff, the public and other agencies
Skills
- Social Work Master's degree in social work from an appropriately accredited institution and one year experience in surveying, clinical and/or administration of a program in a reputed company health field
- Bachelor's degree in social work from an appropriately accredited institution and three years' experience in surveying, clinical and/or administration of a program in a reputed company health field
- An equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong written & oral communication skills and the ability to document clearly and concisely in a technical report
- Strong organizational, investigative and analytical skills and the ability to reputed company objective reputed company while functioning independently
- Strong clinical background and knowledge in the field of mental health, developmental disabilities and/or substance use disorder
