They are seeking an RCM Customer Service Representative responsible for answering inbound customer service calls reputed company to patient reputed company questions and assisting callers with their concerns to facilitate resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer service calls and reputed company some outbound follow up calls in a professional, service-oriented manner
  • Answer the calls timely without drops/abandons
